Room cleanliness stood out

Conveniently located near the freeway, the stay offered very accommodating service and comfortable beds. The cleanliness exceeded expectations, making it a pleasant experience overall. However, a lack of in-room amenities like a refrigerator and microwave felt disappointing, especially at the price point. Additionally, intermittent Wi-Fi issues interrupted connectivity, and a broken side door access raised safety concerns during my three-night stay.

Super clean and comfy!

The beds were super comfy and the room was really clean, which I loved! It’s an older place, but they kept it nice. Breakfast was decent too, I liked the variety. Just wish they had a microwave in the room. that would've made it even better.

My kids wished for a pool area that was better supervised. Maybe more staff presence would help to keep things in check for families traveling with children.

I enjoyed my stay at Super 8 in West Branch. The room was clean and comfortable, with a microwave and mini fridge, which made traveling with kids much easier. The pool was a highlight for my family. the temperature was spot on, and the hot tub was a nice touch after a day out. Kathy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options. They had all carbs—waffles, muffins, and fruit—but I was hoping for some protein choices like hard-boiled eggs. The lack of an elevator was a small hassle, especially carrying luggage up with kids. Still, it was a pleasant stay, and I would come back again if I decide to visit the area.

The staff provided exceptional service, especially during check-in when they handled a system outage efficiently. The room was impeccably clean, with fresh linens and a comfortably functioning HD TV. Connectivity was excellent with a 10 out of 10 WiFi experience. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the quiet atmosphere after 11 PM contributed positively to my stay.

Enjoyed a peaceful night despite some initial quirks. The staff was incredibly accommodating. they provided extra blankets swiftly. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness. Pro tip, Visit early for breakfast. it can get busy! Overall, a nice stopover for families.
